4K 3-sim cellular Bonding encoder is an advanced bonding encoder, it allows to transmit max 3840* 2160 30 FPS video over 3 aggregated Sim cards, support simultaneously output to three different platform over RTMP (Main stream: 2 *4K for HDMI, 2nd stream: 1* 1080), supports HTTP- RTSP over UDP/ TCP- RTMP/RTMPS- UDP Unicast/ multicast – ONVIF- HLS- SRT/P2P protocol.

The 4K H.265 encoder is the embedded hardware for point to point interactive transmission solution, emergency communication, video mixing, streaming and recording solutions for education, defense, military, marine, city hall etc.
The encoders enabled receiving 8 streams (RTSP, HTTP, HLS, RTMP. RTP, UDP, RTP) and mixing along with 2 channel HDMI sources, then alternatively output via HDMI/ 3.5mm composite Jack, meanwhile, restreaming via a series of IP protocol like RTSP over UDP & TCP/ RTMP/ HTTP/ UDP/Unicast/ Multicast/ ONVIF/ P-P (Haiwei proprietary protocol).
By virtue of razzo powered proprietary protocol, the HSC supports directly receive the stream from another razzo P-P devices in another network, even another country on the planet without any third-party server.
